What was the challenge?

To better serve their current tenant, the building owner increased the parking capacity and truck maneuvering area serving the current facility.

How did Barton & Loguidice find a solution?

B&L performed a building assessment of the existing electrical system and designed new electrical infrastructure to support enhanced site lighting around the new parking areas, as well as electrical truck warming stations for block heaters. In addition, B&L performed an arc-flash hazard assessment of the new system to maintain OSHA compliance.
