Promotion Within the Ownership of the Water Resources Practice Area

Four members of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area received Senior-Level Promotions

Karen Clark, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Loudonville, New York, she received her B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and her M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Clark is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area working from Barton & Loguidice’s Albany office.

Matthew Cooper, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Copenhagen, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Cooper is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Watertown office.

Gregory Mosure, P.E., BCEE, has been promoted to Vice President of the firm. A resident of Marcellus, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. Mosure is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Areas based in the Syracuse office.

Nicholas Pezzino has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Tonawanda, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Pezzino is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area based in the Buffalo office.
