B&L fosters a learning culture through mentorships, professional development programs, and our innovation incentive program called Bright Lights. Through our B&L University program together with our third-party continuing education partners, we regularly provide technical, project management and leadership training sessions to help staff stay current in their fields of expertise, as well as to develop their knowledge base in emerging technologies, while building management and leadership skills.
