Dustin J. Clark, P.E., has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Adams Center, NY he received his A.S. degree in Engineering Science from Jefferson Community College and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Clark is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Watertown, NY office.
David J. Kerr, P.E., BCEE, has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Annapolis, MD he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, both from Clarkson University.
